Quote requests and enquiries

When you fill in a quote or contact form we collect the details you give us (such as your name, phone number, email, address, the service you need and any extra details). We use them only to reply to you, arrange your roof inspection and provide our services.

Google Ads call tracking

We advertise with Google Ads. Our website loads the Google tag, which sets cookies and can show a Google forwarding phone number in place of our usual number. Calls to that number still reach us, and Google tells us that a call came from an advert, including its start time, duration and the caller's area code. Calls are not recorded.

This data is shared with Google (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) for advertising measurement: counting which adverts lead to calls and improving how our adverts are shown.

You can opt out of personalised Google advertising at any time at adssettings.google.com, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep your details

We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to deal with your request and any work we carry out, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal details we hold about you, or object to how we use them. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
